WEEK FOUR SUMMARY

I learned a fair amount about what visual reference and photography meant in the past and what it means to the millions of people that view pictures today. Photography Is an important part of our culture as it gives up the ability to look through a window into the past whether it be a picture from one second ago, or a photograph from one century ago. Photos bind us to the past almost like an on-going conversation with what was and what will be. They bookmark us in the books of historia, just as written history was kept prior to the invention of the camera. This is why photos are so important, for storytelling, to appeal or stage a setting in a book, movie, magazine, it’s all for the story, the story of us.

The work I have completed throughout the week can be found here:
